At 4-0 and atop the Major League Footy 2018-19 Premiership Season table, the St. Petersburg Swans are in the driver’s seat as the circuit prepares to head into the Holiday break.

And, with a chance to pick up a third double-header sweep on the young season December 15, St. Petersburg could all but salt away a Finals berth before the new year bows.

With four sides currently at 1-1 (4 pts), no-one can pull level with the Bloods before the Holidays.

Given that every ‘twin-bill’ so far in the ’18-’19 season that hasn’t involved the Swans has resulted in a split – a Red and White sweep December 15, with a corresponding move to 6-0 – would give St. Petersburg a massive edge in the winter competition.

The St. Petersburg Swans return to MLF play Saturday, December 15.
