The St. Petersburg Swans will host the debuting Lakeland Tigers in a scrimmage match, Saturday, 4 November at the Swans’ training ground – Rollbotto Oval at Crescent Lake in St. Pete.

The scrimmage will begin at 11 AM, and marks the first action of the Major League Footy 2017-’18 Florida Winter Season.

The debuting Lakeland Tigers are led by USAFL veteran Patrick Bilder (New York/Baton Rouge/St. Petersburg), and will play a limited number of matches in the coming season as part of the MLF Elite Series.

The Major League Footy 2017-’18 season kicks off Saturday, 18 November, as Orlando visits St. Pete.

St. Petersburg (3-1) captured the 2016-17 MLF Premiership flag by defeating the previously undefeated Suncoast Suns, while Orlando went winless at 0-3 in a rough Inaugural campaign.
