Jason Blackbourn leads all St. Petersburg Swans with a 9.4.58 scoring tally.

As the 2018 Major League Footy Premieriship Season enters its sixth week, St. Petersburg’s Jason Blackbourn sits third on the competition’s scoring leadership.

Blackbourn notched 38 points in the Swans’ 142-78 loss to Starfish FC last week.

That match saw the ascension of Ben McIntosh to the top of the scoring table, a result of his shock total of eleven majors last weekend.

While the Miami Saints’ Neil Cohen has been at or near the top since Week One, Blackbourn’s 9.4.58 tally to date has him comfortably in front as St. Petersburg’s high scorer.

Chris Gilligan, Mark Lumsden and Matt Elliott are all knotted with 19 points apiece, while Suncoast’s Kenneth Scheidt sits fourth with 30 points – all garnered in the Suns‘ win over Clearwater.

The St. Petersburg Swans (3-1, 12 points) enter a two-week bye before returning to MLF play June 2 vs Miami.

Major League Footy Week Six sees the Tampa Bay Bombers enter the competition, as they debut this Saturday vs. the Orlando Kangas at Crescent Lake Common in St. Petersburg. This special matinee match has a ball up at 11 AM, and follows a combined tranining session.
